This Information Text has been prepared by Nihal Yelim Özdinç (“Artist”) in order to inform the Artist's customers regarding the processing of their personal data by the Artist within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

a) Methods and Legal Reasons for Obtaining Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically or physically. Your personal data collected for the legal reasons specified in this Information Text may be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your artist personal data may be processed for the following purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, and may be kept for the period required for these purposes and, in any case, for the periods required by the legal legislation:
Regarding the products and services offered by the artist ;
1. Planning and executing the activities necessary to customize them according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant people and to recommend and promote them to the relevant people,
2. Carrying out the necessary work by business units to benefit the relevant people and carrying out the relevant business processes,
3. Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to carry out commercial activities and carrying out related business processes,
4. Planning and execution of commercial and/or business strategies
5. Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Artist and relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Artist
6. Fulfilling all legal and administrative obligations,
7. Negotiation, establishment and execution of contracts concluded/considered to be concluded,

9. Processing of data regarding online visitors within the scope of other legislation,

Performing membership transactions through the Website by Users, creating and editing personal accounts of Members/Users through the Website and managing membership transactions through the personal account, informing individuals and Members/Users with commercial electronic message approval about campaigns and opportunities. or Providing prices, marketing, other opportunities, benefits, offers and information to Members/Users,
11. Making purchases for the products offered for sale on the Website,
12. Following up purchasing transactions and accounting processes,
13. Ensuring the security of all websites and other electronic systems, social media accounts and physical environments belonging to the Company,
14. Promotion and marketing of the Company's products and services provided and their development, obtaining the opinion of the data owner through surveys and voting,
15. Birthday celebrations, raffles, participation in campaigns or competitions, giving gifts and carrying out other similar events, promotions and campaigns in favor of the data owner,
16. Investigation, detection, prevention of violations of the contract and the law and reporting them to the relevant administrative or judicial authorities,
17. Resolving current and future legal disputes,
18. Answering requests and questions, evaluating and resolving complaints

d) Rights of Data Owners and Exercise of These Rights
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights stated below to the Artist through the methods specified under the heading Exercising Rights by Data Owners, your requests will be evaluated and concluded by the Artist as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days.

Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

Object to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the person by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

Request compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

The second paragraph of Article 28 of the Law lists the situations in which data owners do not have the right to request, and in this context;

Processing personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or criminal investigation,

Processing of personal data made public by the relevant person,

Processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of auditing or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by public institutions and organizations and professional organizations that are public institutions, based on the authority granted by the law,

Personal data processing is necessary to protect the economic and financial interests of the State regarding budget, tax and financial matters,

In these cases, the rights specified above cannot be exercised regarding the data.

According to paragraph 1 of Article 28 of the Law, in the following cases, since the data will be outside the scope of the Law, the requests of data owners will not be processed in terms of these data:

Processing of personal data by natural persons within the scope of activities related to themselves or their family members living in the same residence, provided that they are not given to third parties and obligations regarding data security are complied with.

Processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning and statistics by anonymizing them with official statistics.

Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defence, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or constitute a crime.

Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defence, national security, public safety, public order or economic security.

Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or enforcement authorities regarding investigation, prosecution, trial or enforcement proceedings.
Exercise of Rights by Data Owners

To exercise the rights mentioned above, data owners will be able to use the "Form for Applications to be Made by the Personal Data Owner to the Data Controller" at the link below.

Applications will be made by one of the following methods, along with documents that will identify the relevant data owner:

Filling out the form and sending the wet signed copy to the full address specified in the Application Form by hand, registered mail or via notary public,

Following a method prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Artist responds to data owners who wish to exercise such rights within the limits set forth in the Law, within a maximum of thirty (30) days, as stipulated in the Law. In order for third parties to request an application on behalf of personal data owners, the data owner must have a special power of attorney issued through a notary on behalf of the person making the application.

Although data owner applications are processed free of charge as a rule, charges may be made based on the fee schedule[1] prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The artist may request information from the relevant person in order to determine whether the applicant is the personal data owner, and may ask questions to the personal data owner regarding his/her application in order to clarify the issues stated in the application.
[1] In accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, if the application of data owners will be answered in writing, no fee will be charged for up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Institution cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.
